On 14th May 2026, we celebrated the 165th birth anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore. The program began with an inspiring speech by the Principal, Sister Baishakhi. The cultural segment included a presentation of the various facets of Tagore's creation, namely, a medley of some all-time favourite songs of Tagore by Mary Ward House, an engaging enactment of Pujarini by Teresa Ball House, a revisiting of Tagore's creative use of  Brajabuli through a series of dance performances on Bhanushingher Padabali by St. Joseph's  House and, finally, a retelling of the timeless ''Dakghor' in the context of today's age of social isolation and digital dependence by St. Patrick’s House which left the audience with profound lessons. The event drew to a close with our Senior School Coordinator sharing her reflections on the program.
